How do I purchase a service or book a venue?

Upon finding a vendor service or venue, follow these steps:

Click add to cart

Select from the required criteria (i.e.: how many people, color, features, etc.)

If you have a coupon code, enter the code and then hit apply the code.

Select payment method via PayPal

Visa
MasterCard
American Express
Interact
Submit your order

Before submitting your order, you will have the chance to review it.
To complete the booking and/or orders, click submit.
You will then receive a confirmation that the order is indeed complete.

When will I be charged for my reservation?

FOR CUSTOMERS?
Your payment information will automatically be processed in the following manner:

30% of the total amount of the initial payment (deposit)

Venuvine will charge the remaining amount 24hrs prior to your event.

Cancellation policy

Customers will follow the cancellation policy of the service owners and/or venue owners they have booked with.
